This SOP shows how to create quick, polished, faceless videos using ElevenLabs for voiceover and Canva for typewriter-style visuals.

ElevenLabs Voiceover Canva Typewriter Video Just Sayin’ Swag

Production Goal

Create 20–35 second vertical videos that push viewers to the Family Protection Check and generate GHL leads.

1. Write short emotional script.
2. Generate voiceover in ElevenLabs.
3. Build 9:16 typewriter video in Canva.
4. Post to TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

Quick Start Overview

Use this workflow when you need fast South Elm content without getting on camera. ElevenLabs gives you a clean voiceover. Canva gives you the typewriter-style video. The CTA sends people to the Family Protection Check.

Video Length

Keep every video between 20 and 35 seconds. Long enough to land the message, short enough to repeat the CTA often.

Format

Use 9:16 vertical video, 1080 x 1920, for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

Primary CTA

“Take the 2-minute Family Protection Check.” Use the same CTA in the video, caption, end card, and bio link.

Part 1: Create the Voiceover in ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs should be used for the voice. Keep the voice mature, warm, calm, and trustworthy. This should sound like a wise advisor, not a hype commercial.

Step-by-step ElevenLabs process
Open ElevenLabs. Go to ElevenLabs and open Voiceover Studio or Studio.
Create a new voiceover. Start a new project for the Family Protection Check video.
Choose the voice. Use James’ cloned voice if available. If not, choose a deep, warm, mature male voice.
Paste the script. Keep lines short with pauses. Use line breaks where the voice should breathe.
Adjust settings. Start with Stability 55–70, Similarity 75–90, Style 15–30, Speaker Boost On.
Generate and listen. Make sure the hook lands, the tone feels human, and the CTA is clear.
Export audio. Download as MP3 for fast social production or WAV for higher-quality editing.

Part 2: Build the Typewriter Video in Canva

Canva should handle the visual layout, typewriter-style text, brand colors, logo, music, and export. Use one reusable template so Ralph or Periscal can produce videos quickly.

Step-by-step Canva process
Create a new design. Choose Instagram Reel, TikTok Video, or YouTube Short. Size should be 1080 x 1920.
Set background. Use dark navy with subtle green glow and burgundy/gold Just Sayin’ accent.
Upload ElevenLabs audio. Add the MP3 voiceover to the Canva timeline.
Create scenes. Use one Canva page per major line or thought. Usually 7–9 pages.
Add typewriter text. Use Typewriter animation if available. If not, use Wipe left-to-right.
Add music and typing sound. Keep typing effect at 5–10% volume and background music at 5–12% volume.
Add end card. Include South Elm logo, Family Protection Check CTA, phone number, and link-in-bio language.
Export MP4. Download in high quality as a vertical MP4.

Ready-to-Use Video Scripts

Use these scripts as the first batch. Record or generate all five voiceovers at once, then build all five videos from the same Canva template.

Video 1 — Covered or Confused

Voiceover Script

If something happened tomorrow…

Would your family be covered…
or confused?

Would your kids know where the policy is?
Would money be available quickly?
Would your spouse have to borrow?

Just Sayin’…
love without a plan can get expensive.

Take the two-minute Family Protection Check.
Video 2 — Job Coverage

Voiceover Script

That life insurance at work
may not protect your family
the way you think.

What happens if you retire?
What happens if you change jobs?
What happens if the coverage is smaller
than the funeral bill?

Before you assume you’re covered,
take the Family Protection Check.
Video 3 — Kids Should Not Guess

Voiceover Script

Your children should not have to become detectives
while they are grieving.

They should not have to search for policies,
guess your wishes,
or figure out how to pay the funeral home.

Protection is not just a policy.
Protection is clarity.

Take the Family Protection Check.
Video 4 — Funeral Homes Do Not Wait

Voiceover Script

Funeral homes do not wait
for families to get organized.

Grief is immediate.
Bills are immediate.
Decisions are immediate.

The question is whether the money
and instructions are ready.

Take the two-minute Family Protection Check.
Video 5 — Just Sayin’ Swag

Voiceover Script

Just Sayin’…

Everybody says,
“My family knows I love them.”

Good.

But do they know where the policy is?
Do they know how much it pays?
Do they know who to call?

Love is what you feel.
Protection is what you make clear.

Take the Family Protection Check.

Posting and Distribution Workflow

Every video should drive one action: take the Family Protection Check. Post the same video across all short-form platforms with slight caption adjustments.

TikTok

Use the strongest hook. Keep caption short. Mention “link in bio.” Pin the best-performing video.

Instagram Reels

Use a clean caption with the CTA. Add it to Stories with a link sticker when possible.

YouTube Shorts

Use a search-friendly title. Include final expense, family protection, and life insurance language.

Standard Caption

If something happened tomorrow, would your family be covered or confused?

Take the 2-minute Family Protection Check. Link in bio.

#FinalExpense #LifeInsurance #FamilyProtection #SouthElmCapital #JustSayin

Alternate Caption

A policy is not always a plan.

Take the Family Protection Check and see whether your family would have money, instructions, and clarity if something happened.

Link in bio.

Every week, identify the top hook, top CTA, and top platform. Make more videos from what worked.
